I think a perfect day would be Intelligentsia in the morning, Father's Office for some craft brews, then hitting the Kogi taco truck at the Brig for some late night grub, and maybe back to Intelligentsia to sober up.

Sadly I missed going there after work yesterday.
ReplyDeleteWe had opened up the Rwanda coffee from Intelligentsia and put it in the grinder. It was the coffee that was the perfect standard. Not the Cruz Del Sur mentioned in my previous post.
Intelli has updated their website and account management software, so their history of bought items is randomly sorted on output.
I took a guess as to which one of the two coffees I had ordered was the good one. I was incorrect.
So I had to hurry home with a little of the rwandian coffee to have a couple cups.
They are now out of it on the website, so I'm going to the local store this evening, hoping to catch a bag or two of it that they roasted and have in the store. It's that good.
